Your everyday life stays yours
Privacy, in plain words.
What LastTime stores, why it’s needed, and the choices you have.
This policy explains how LastTime handles information when you use the app or contact support.
Your timers and preferences
LastTime saves your timers on your device: names, icons, categories, last-done dates, schedules, reminder settings, and creation and update dates. This information is used to display your timers, calculate elapsed time and upcoming dates, and schedule reminders.
When iCloud is available, LastTime also syncs timers through your private CloudKit database using the Apple Account on your device. Apple provides this storage and synchronization service. No separate LastTime account is required, and the app does not ask for your Apple Account password.
Timer contents are not sent to RevenueCat or a separate LastTime server. Appearance, sorting preferences, notification preferences, and your unfinished onboarding draft stay local and are not part of timer synchronization.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes subscription payments. RevenueCat helps validate purchases, restore access, and determine whether a subscription is active. It processes purchase records, subscription status, an automatically generated app user identifier, and technical information needed to provide its service. Its subscription reporting helps us understand purchases and subscription performance.
The app does not send RevenueCat your timer contents, name, or email address. LastTime does not receive your payment card details.
Read RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for information about their practices.
Reminders and permissions
Reminders are scheduled locally through iOS after you allow notifications. They may display timer names on your lock screen, depending on your notification settings.
You can disable individual reminders in the timer editor, pause reminders in LastTime Settings, or change notification permission and previews in iOS Settings.
Logs and advertising
The app writes limited timer interaction events to the local system log, such as a timer being completed, its category, and whether it came from a suggestion. Timer names and dates are not included in those event messages. These timer interaction events are not sent to an external analytics service.
In versions with advertising measurement enabled, and only with your permission through Apple’s tracking prompt, LastTime uses Meta’s SDK to measure app activation. RevenueCat also shares subscription events with Meta, such as trial starts, purchases and renewals, to measure and improve LastTime ads. This can link activity in LastTime with information from other apps and websites for advertising measurement.
This processing can include advertising and app identifiers, device and network information (including IP address), app activation and session information, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction amounts and currency. Your timer contents, names, dates and categories are not shared with Meta. The app does not collect your name, email address or phone number for advertising measurement.
Tracking is optional and does not affect access to LastTime or your subscription. If you decline permission, LastTime does not initialize its Meta measurement integration or provide new advertising identifiers for this integration. RevenueCat continues to process purchases to provide your subscription. You can change permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. When the app next becomes active, it applies the current permission; server-side subscription delivery depends on the consent status most recently synchronized to RevenueCat. Previously transmitted data and requests already in progress are not undone by changing permission.
We use this data to measure and improve our advertising, not to sell timer contents. Meta and RevenueCat retain information under their respective policies and applicable requirements. Contact us for access or deletion requests relating to this processing. Read Meta’s privacy policy and RevenueCat’s privacy policy for more information.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete timers in LastTime. Deleting a timer removes its pending reminder and syncs the deletion when iCloud is available. Other devices may take time to receive the change.
Removing the app from one device does not by itself remove synced iCloud data or cancel a subscription. Timer data stays in your local store and, when synced, your iCloud storage until you delete it or remove the relevant stored data. Apple controls retention of its backups and purchase records.
Subscription records handled by RevenueCat are separate from timers. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. Requests will be assessed under applicable requirements and may require verification.
Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation and data deletion are separate actions.
Support and contact

If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending private timer contents, passwords, or payment card details.
Support email is handled through Google’s Gmail service. We retain support messages for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your request and to meet applicable legal obligations.
