A little help
Let’s sort it out.
A few answers to get you back to the little things that matter.
Why am I not getting reminders?
In LastTime Settings, turn on Allow reminders and check that iOS permission says Enabled. Tap Enable notifications if permission has not been requested, or Open iOS Settings if it is off.
Each timer also needs a last-done date, a schedule, and its own Remind me switch turned on.
Reminders are scheduled for 9:00 AM local time on the next due date. If that time has already passed, LastTime won’t send a late reminder. The next 60 upcoming reminders are scheduled, and the list refreshes when you use the app.
Check your iPhone’s Focus and notification settings if notifications are silenced or delayed.
Where are my timers on my other device?
Use the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled on both devices. Connect to the internet and open LastTime on each device. In Settings → Your data, check the iCloud status.
Transfers can take time. Last upload and Last download show successful operations in the current app session; they do not guarantee every timer has arrived elsewhere. Check iCloud account refreshes account availability, but does not force a transfer.
Keep the device that still has your timers. Avoid deleting the app or iCloud data while resolving missing timers.
I subscribed. How do I restore access?
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, then tap Restore at the bottom of the subscription screen.
Restoring a purchase restores subscription access. Recovering your timers is a separate process handled through iCloud.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Choose Manage subscription in LastTime Settings when shown, or open Apple’s subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Your price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
How do I delete a timer?
Open the timer editor, choose Delete, and confirm. Its pending reminder is removed, and the deletion syncs to your other devices when iCloud is available.
Can I use LastTime offline?
Your saved timers are stored on your device and remain available offline. iCloud changes sync when a connection is available. Subscription checks and purchases may need a connection.
Your unfinished onboarding setup and appearance preferences are stored locally. Read more in our privacy policy.
